Description

A simple yet delicious Tomato Tart featuring fresh ripe tomatoes on flaky puff pastry with cheesy topping.


Ingredients

  • 45 ripe tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (e.g., mozzarella or goat cheese)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and place it in a tart pan.
  3. Layer the sliced tomatoes over the pastry.
