- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, 1/3 cup sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with 1 cup sugar and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Add sour cream and flour, and mix until smooth.
- Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust.
- Bake for about 1 hour, or until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
- Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour.
- Remove from the oven and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
