Description

A rich and creamy cheesecake that is perfect for any occasion, customizable with various toppings.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, 1/3 cup sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with 1 cup sugar and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Add sour cream and flour, and mix until smooth.
  5. Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust.
  6. Bake for about 1 hour, or until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
  7. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour.
  8. Remove from the oven and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
