Instructions
- In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.
- Add the chai tea bags and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- In another saucepan, heat the milk until steaming but not boiling.
- Remove the tea bags and stir in the vanilla syrup and sweetener (if using).
- Froth the milk if desired, then pour it into the tea mixture.
- Serve hot with a sprinkle of cinnamon and whipped cream on top, if using.
