Description

A colorful and healthy layered fruit salad that combines fresh fruits with a creamy yogurt mixture, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, cut
  • 1 cup black grapes
  • 1 cup oranges, segments
  • 1 cup kiwi, sliced
  • 1 cup pineapple, cubes
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 200g cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Mint leaves, for decoration

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cream mix by combining Greek yogurt, cream cheese, honey, vanilla extract, and lemon juice in a bowl. Mix until smooth.
  2. In a glass bowl, begin layering the ingredients, starting with a layer of strawberries.
  3. Add a generous layer of the cream mix over the strawberries.
  4. Follow with a layer of black grapes, then more cream.
  5. Add the orange segments next, followed by another layer of cream.
  6. Layer the pineapple cubes and top with another cream layer.
  7. Finally, add the sliced kiwi on top.
  8. Decorate with extra berries and strawberry halves for a nice touch.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes to let the layers set.
  10. Before serving, decorate with fresh mint leaves.

Notes

Use fresh fruits for the best flavor. For extra sweetness, add more honey to the cream mix.
