- 2 cups strawberries, cut
- 1 cup black grapes
- 1 cup oranges, segments
- 1 cup kiwi, sliced
- 1 cup pineapple, cubes
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
- 200g cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Mint leaves, for decoration
Instructions
- Prepare the cream mix by combining Greek yogurt, cream cheese, honey, vanilla extract, and lemon juice in a bowl. Mix until smooth.
- In a glass bowl, begin layering the ingredients, starting with a layer of strawberries.
- Add a generous layer of the cream mix over the strawberries.
- Follow with a layer of black grapes, then more cream.
- Add the orange segments next, followed by another layer of cream.
- Layer the pineapple cubes and top with another cream layer.
- Finally, add the sliced kiwi on top.
- Decorate with extra berries and strawberry halves for a nice touch.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes to let the layers set.
- Before serving, decorate with fresh mint leaves.
Notes
Use fresh fruits for the best flavor. For extra sweetness, add more honey to the cream mix.
