Description

Delightful cookies combining sweet and salty flavors with white chocolate chips, toffee bits, and crunchy pretzels.


Ingredients

Scale
  • ⅔ cup brown sugar
  • ⅓ cup white sugar
  • ½ cup butter (softened)
  • 1 egg
  • 2¾ cups Bisquick
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • ⅔ cup white chocolate chips
  • ½ cup toffee bits
  • ½ cup chopped pretzels

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375ºF. Line baking pans with parchment paper.
  2. In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat together brown sugar, white sugar, and butter until fluffy.
  3. Mix in the egg. Add Bisquick and vanilla.
  4. Stir in white chocolate chips, toffee bits, and pretzels.
  5. Using a large cookie scoop, scoop dough onto baking sheets.
  6. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
