Description

A refreshing cocktail capturing the essence of the holiday season with a tropical twist, featuring lime, mint, coconut, and pomegranate.


Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup packed mint leaves (plus extra for garnish)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup white rum
  • 1/2 cup coconut rum
  • 1 cup canned coconut milk
  • Sparkling water
  • Pomegranate arils

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, muddle the mint leaves with sugar and lime juice to release the flavors.

  3. Fill four glasses halfway with ice, then pour the coconut rum mixture until each glass is about 3/4 full.
