Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, almond flour, eggs, baking powder, salt, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  5. Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.

Notes

Use room-temperature ingredients for a better rise. Measure almond flour by weight for consistency.
