Scale
  • 1 cup dried apricots
  • 1 cup almonds

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine dried apricots and almonds in a food processor until finely chopped.
  2. Add shredded coconut, honey, and vanilla extract to the mixture and blend until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls.
