Description

A fresh and effortless summer dish combining cherry tomatoes, creamy mozzarella, and fragrant basil tossed with pasta and a tangy balsamic dressing.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta (fusili or bowtie)
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls, halved
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.
