Instructions
- Begin by cooking the short pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, pickle brine, yellow mustard, kosher salt, and sugar. Mix until smooth.
- Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop it into bite-sized pieces.
- Once the pasta has cooled, add it to the mixing bowl with the dressing.
- Toss in the pickles, mini cucumbers, mild cheese, red onions, fresh dill, and bacon pieces. Mix gently until everything is well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting as needed.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
