Ingredients

- 1 cup carrots, shredded
- 1 cup dill pickles, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup pickle juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine the shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, and chopped dill pickles in a large bowl.
- Whisk together the mayonnaise, pickle juice, and sugar in a separate bowl until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until well coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Refrigerate for at least 60 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
Notes
