Ingredients
2 medium ripe bananas (very soft texture)
4 tbsp peanut butter (chunky or smooth)
4–5 tbsp dark chocolate (60–70% cacao)
1/4 tsp coconut oil
3 tbsp chopped peanuts (or almonds/walnuts/seeds)
Pinch flaky sea salt
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Peel bananas, halve lengthwise, and cut each half into two slices (8 total)
Arrange banana slices on the prepared tray
Spread 1/2 tbsp peanut butter over each banana slice
Scatter 1 tbsp chopped nuts evenly over the peanut butter
Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt
Melt dark chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl (30-second intervals)
Dip each banana slice into the chocolate until fully coated
Place on parchment paper and freeze for at least 1 hour
