- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon (juice + zest)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano

Instructions
- Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the crock pot.
- Mix garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Pour the mixture evenly over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
- Serve with steamed greens or whole grains.
Notes
