Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon (juice + zest)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the crock pot.
  2. Mix garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Pour the mixture evenly over the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
  5. Serve with steamed greens or whole grains.
