Description

A sophisticated blend of shredded chicken breast with a creamy honey-based dressing, studded with tart craisins and buttery roasted pecans. Quick, easy, and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

3 cups cooked and shredded chicken breast
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup raisins, dried cranberries, or craisins
1/4 cup roasted pecans, chopped
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
Add the shredded chicken to the bowl and stir until evenly coated.
Fold in the craisins and chopped pecans.
Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes before serving.
