- 4 cups fresh peaches, sliced
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine sliced peaches, granulated sugar, and lemon juice in a mixing bowl. Mix well and place the peach mixture in a greased baking dish.
- Mix together oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and softened butter until crumbly in another bowl.
- Sprinkle the oat mixture over the peaches evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the peaches are bubbly.
- Serve warm, optionally with vanilla ice cream.
Notes
For a gluten-free version, replace all-purpose flour with gluten-free baking flour and use certified gluten-free oats.
