Ingredients
3 cups cooked and chopped chicken breast
6 strips cooked and crumbled turkey bacon
1 cup Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 large avocado, diced
1 medium tomato, chopped
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped red onion
4 large romaine lettuce leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy; let cool and crumble
In a bowl, combine chicken with Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, Dijon mustar, lemon juice, and salt/pepper
