- 4 cups sliced peaches
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine sliced peaches, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Pour the peach mixture into a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix together rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and softened butter until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly over the peaches.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and crisp.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Use ripe but firm peaches for the best texture. Can be combined with yogurt for breakfast or served with ice cream.
