  • 1 teaspoon milk
  • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  2. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a medium bowl.
  3. Beat together pumpkin, sugar, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract in a large bowl until combined.
  4. Dissolve baking soda in milk in a separate small bowl and add to the pumpkin mixture.
