Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to the tart shell package instructions.
- Blend the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fill each tart shell with a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture.
- Top each tart with a generous layer of apricot jam.
- Bake according to tart shell instructions to set the filling, usually around 10–15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool.
- Garnish with fresh apricot slices and mint leaves before serving.
Notes
