Ingredients

  • 1 cup apricot jam
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the tart shell package instructions.
  2. Blend the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Fill each tart shell with a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Top each tart with a generous layer of apricot jam.
  5. Bake according to tart shell instructions to set the filling, usually around 10–15 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool.
  7. Garnish with fresh apricot slices and mint leaves before serving.

Notes
