Ingredients
2 pounds beef stew meat (chuck roast recommended)
1 pound Yukon Gold or baby potatoes
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons seasoned salt
1 tablespoon chopped garlic (fresh or dehydrated)
5 tablespoons unsalted butter (or vegan butter)
Cooking spray (for preparation)
Instructions
Lightly spray a 6-quart slow cooker with cooking spray.
Place beef stew meat in one half of the cooker and potatoes in the other.
Sprinkle onion powder, garlic powder, and seasoned salt evenly over meat and potatoes.
Gently toss ingredients while keeping meat and potatoes separated.
Top with chopped garlic and evenly distribute butter over both sections.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours.
