Instructions
- Pre-heat your oven to 350°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Cream the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until light and fluffy (3-4 minutes).
- Add the egg to the butter mixture and mix until fully blended, scraping the sides of the bowl as needed.
- Add the all-purpose flour and baking soda, mixing until combined.
- Gently fold in the white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Scoop out dough using a small ice cream scoop onto the prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-11 minutes, until the edges are a light golden brown. Let cool before transferring to a wire rack. Enjoy!
